Whiff

This is the newest member of our family or should I say, that we are trying to make a part of our family. I spotted her in our neighborhood about a month ago. She was very skinny and very skittish but not wild. So, I have been feeding her and now for the most part, she stays at our house. She did leave on Sunday and did not come home until about two this morning so I don't have her totally hooked yet. I am trying to get her comfortable enough to cage her and get her to the vet as we don't need babies and I'm sure she needs her shots. Our other two know that there is an intruder lurking but they are so laid back, they really don't much care. I even have the gardener trained to not disturb her. He told me on Saturday that he was "very quiet" while pruning all of the palm trees so he didn't disturb her.

Only 10 days till Gary and Jen are here. Yeah!!! Michelle - I am going to make your chocolate cake for the occasion. It sounds great and I know that ALL Jolley recipes are the best .

Good luck with the cake. It really is yummy and EVERYONE loves it! Let me know if you have any questions with it. Have fun with Gary and Jen. I am going to call Gary one of these days about the dinosaur thing and maybe even Jazz tickets - will he remember who I am?

Of course he'll remember you. He even knows what you teach because he struggled through the same course. I told him that he needed you!

Chocolate cake sounds good to me. I am already getting hungry for chips and salsa at Goodies too. P.S. Hopefully this cat like me more than the other 2 do.
